Coached nutrition is a support service designed to help you achieve your health goals, offering one-to-one support and accountability. A nutrition coach can first help you clarify and establish your goals, and then support you in working towards them, establishing small daily actions and helping you achieve these goals over time, keeping you on track and motivated.

And there are many types of nutrition coaches out there. My focus is about helping people glow from within. Doing something for yourself can be the most empowering thing – I’m here to help you do that.
I want to support people to make great choices for themselves, to help them feel amazing and feel inspired to bring this learning into their daily lives. With this, they need to understand balance and keep things simple.
Who works with a nutrition coach? Well, anyone that needs some support when it comes to their health and nutrition goals. People often either know vaguely what they want to be doing but are unsure on how to get going; or they know how to get started, but they haven’t been able to stay motivated. These are a few of the reasons I hear from clients, and I can help with all of this.
About me.
My name is Dani, I’m fast approaching 30, a newly qualified nutritionist and health coach from Cheltenham. I have two cats – Matilda and Delia – and a whippet named James, which in hindsight is a really silly name for a dog. I’m married to a wonderful human named George and as of yet, no children. And in truth that’s where all of this started. After a fairly hideous situation that forced us to wait on the whole ‘family thing’, I found myself lacking interest in anything, feigning interest when absolutely necessary – with everything, except nutrition.
I’ve always been a massive foodie, and I learned so much about nutrition through a genuine interest in how it can make you feel, and why. I lost a few stone in the run up to my wedding, and in that process, I learned how to do that in a sustainable and enjoyable way. Once I’d got to where I wanted to be, it became more about how to fuel my body for performance, how to optimise the nutrients I was taking in, and eating in a sustainable way for the planet – avoiding waste and lowering my carbon footprint.
My aim isn’t to make you the smallest version of yourself – it’s a by-product, sure – but mostly I want to share what I’ve learned over the past few years. I want to help people dial up their nutrition and learn for themselves how to fuel their body in order to live a life with balance, sustainability and bloody great nutrition.

‘Breakthrough’ offers an initial in depth consultation to discuss what is important to you, and how we can get you there. In this session we will devise and refine a plan of action, sharing ideas to get you started and making realistic, manageable changes to your diet and lifestyle.
After the session you will be sent your bespoke plan and targets to help you to get started. We’ll also have a follow-up call a week later to see how you are getting on and make further tweaks to help get you there.

A 12-week programme that will help you reshape your long-held habits and food behaviours in order to reach your goals - it takes time to achieve sustainable success, and this programme will get you there - with your coach there every step of the way, to keep you accountable.
‘Lasting Change’ starts with an initial breakthrough session, taking a deep-dive into your current situation and where you want to be and how to start moving forward. This session is then followed by 11 weekly coaching sessions, driven by you, with a focus on behaviour change, progress and barriers, and most importantly celebrating success; all with your goals in mind.
Throughout this programme I will be by your side, keeping you motivated and to answer any questions you have along the way.

Healthy eating and sustainable success is a lifestyle, and it can be really hard. One-to-one coaching offers structure, accountability and support, a space to ask advice and regroup before focusing your efforts.
‘Hourly Coaching’ offers you the flexibility to add to your ‘Breakthrough’ package, without the financial commitment of ‘Lasting Change’, allowing you to book these sessions by the hour as you need them.
